Detailed Description:

This luxury condominium development consists of seven buildings with 220 units, ranging from 1,600 to 3,000 square feet. Structural steel erection began five weeks following start of design, cutting four months off the project schedule. The model unit was open seven months following notice to proceed on the building design. Steel Frame Alliance’s scope of services included architectural design, engineering, and the work of all building trades.
