Detailed Description:

This 720-unit luxury condominium development consists of eleven 8-story buildings, which rise from three levels of contiguous underground parking, for a total of over 2 million square feet. Steel Frame Alliance’s scope of services includes all structural engineering (Structural Engineer of Record) and structural steel framing, and floor slabs for a complete building shell on a turnkey basis. This design-build approach to the building shell — combined with the structural system used — cut approximately 35% off the project development schedule.

Project features include underground swimming pool and racquetball courts, 15’ cantilevered balconies, and “green” (earthen) roofs, for energy conservation.
