Constructive Engineering Design, Inc. (parent company of Steel Frame Alliance) provided all structural engineering for this 230,000 sq. ft. facility. It consists of four main buildings, which include a MSW Tipping Building, an RDF Processing Building, an RDF Storage Building, and a Boiler Building. There were also several miscellaneous buildings included.
