Detailed Description:

This 6-story 46,500 square foot building includes 30 condominium units. This is the first building in a 17-building development. The steel was designed, fabricated and delivered in just eight weeks. Foundations, structural steel, decking, and all floor slabs were in place for this building in nine weeks. Steel Frame Alliance’s scope of work included engineered-fabricated-erected structural steel and engineered-furnished-placed concrete foundations and slabs.
