Detailed Description:

This 62,200 square foot steel and concrete mezzanine was erected inside a distribution center during regular business hours with minimal disruption to operations. Structural steel erection began two weeks following start of design, cutting six months off the project schedule for earlier use of the facility. The mezzanine was designed to be fully supported by existing columns, maximizing the efficiency of the main floor area.
